1 Password authentication
1.1 Enter the Customer Account ID
Go to URL: https://go.queue-it.net.
You will be prompted to enter your Customer Account ID.
Enter it and click Continue.
Tip
The above is the generic URL to log in to the GO platform.
If you know your Customer Account ID, you can use the below URL template and replace customer_account_id with your own:
https://[customer_account_id].go.queue-it.net
This way you will not be prompted to enter your Customer Account ID manually.
You can bookmark this URL and for future log ins.
1.2 Log in
On the log in form enter your username and your password and click on the "Log in" button.
2 Single Sign-on (SSO) authentication
2.1 Enter the Customer Account ID
Go to URL: https://go.queue-it.net.
You will be prompted to enter your Customer Account ID.
Enter it and click Continue.

2.2 Log in
Enter your email and sign in with your identity provider.
If your account does not enforce Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, you will also be able to use password authentication by clicking the "Log in with password" link on the bottom of the login form.
3 Changing between multiple accounts
If you have more than one account in our Queue-it GO Platform and you want to change accounts, you need to first log out from the existing account and then follow the log in process for the other account. In the same browser, at any given time, you can only have one active session with a log-in on once specific account.

Where do I find my Customer Account ID?
You can find it in either of these ways:
It is the first part of your username. If your username is 'ticketania-johndoe' then your Customer Account ID is 'ticketania'.
It is in the activation email you received when your account was created. Check there.
